The view of the EU Commission, they allocated and provided substantial Grants, Funds to promote such National Heritage issues and our "government responsibility is to share with those actively involved in such working". Community & Public information - Within Ning platfrom and Seyeu.Com platfrom adequate resource to start the Online Shop. We had wanted to use Ning Group to do this and they cost $22 monthly. We lack the cash to do this. We have added Netcarnation Market place and would like you feed back.
