Between 1977 to 1991 those who know the Nation Seychelles politic and history. The practice of FA Rene, those he employed and associated with when it came to undertaking a project, development or issues. We are emulating similar process here.

The added complication is the new Viscount Moreau des Sechelles who acquired the Title of the Tyrel family.How we the Sechelles - Seychelles EU Community understand, manage and work with those already involved in the management of this very rich heritage. Equally important, those from previous generation in Europe and France then, their knowledge, awareness, connections and respective, degree and importance, relevancy of responsibities if any. Beside the important, relevant, respective individuals of a given entity, background, interest, state institutions, politicians, academicians, researchers, historians, intellectuals, archaic, fraternal, religious institutions involvements and interest. The process and developement in EU Laws, Treaties, at national government level enabeling our Sechelles - Seychelles EU Communities to take such respective responsibilities and NGO's representing them.}

As if life is not complicated enough there are mountains of heraldic issues, nobility, royalty issues related and associated with the Sechelles, the need and responsibility on our part to bring them forward and shed what ever measure of light we can.
