We care about our European Heritage
A base for us in EU
For several years becasue of the funding, resource issues in London to do our work we have taken to sharing, using other communities resources, space. The disadvantage and advantage.
One of those is the Hare Krisna Group - the difficulties they had to secure their Office in London. On the other hand the very generous donation by Geroge Harrison former Beatle, acquisition of the Hare Krisna Center in UK.
Only this morning doing some chores in the garden - the buzz we got from former members of the community Executive, that we tell/talk too much about thging we ought not to talk/inform the greater public about. There is the need to inform other of what our community have done and been involved in - it is called accountability and control.
There are all those who know how things are done in the British society - in this case the Hare Krisna events, topics in realtion with/to our Seychelles EU community working, importantly UK and Seychelles several years ago which influenced several Beattle issues, Paul Mc Cartney, several important Beattle issues which came or have come about in the greater public and we have not mentioned - including issues which have affected Mr Paul Chow.
We were reminded last week how the Hare Krisna go their Head quater in Britain - the important donation and involvement of George Harrison.
With out starting a very long thread either nobody will read or have the time to read. Very briefly, over the space of time and history some 1000 years ago the Tyreles Family from Normandy who are realted to King William/many in Britain refers to him as bloody William.
How until the arrival of Louis 14th of France those who had served, associated, fought, befriended him or save his life paid, recognized and very compensated, their title, properties, marriages, and climb iin society be it the English or French society.
Equally the era of the Kings of France Louis the 13th, Louis the 14th the Court, Royal practice or Civil one example directly affecting us to this day and the future - the naming of Sechelles in honor of Louis 14th then finance Minister, Visconte Moreau des Sechelles. the practice which went on and is going on to this day - even the African Kings and princes practice this.
Our Sechelles - Seychelles EU Community over the past 30 years in EU have done some very monumental work and benefited, the world, many nations, very many fields and Royal families and their institutions in EU. There abound individuals, companies and institutions with vast resources and means.
We need a place/building for the Sechelles Heritage Trust.
Very many individuals have abandoned properties, building, resources which can be put into very good use or used for very good cause like the Sechelles Heritage Trust.
We want those of you who believe in the positive and good work of people, Trust and bodies like we are trying and have been trying to set up for the past 9 years to respond. Suggest to those who have properties going to wast or ruine that we need a place, we are prepared to make the effort to slavage, repair and look after such a property.
The important point we wish to make here. Just like we have helped and assited very many small and great over the past 30 years, including the Hare Krisna - we need help would appreciate such help. those of you who will immediately say if you can do what you have done, you do not need nobody help - go out there and do the same magic for your Trust. It does not work that way - very sadly. We need each other to live in this world.
